My mother-in-law needed new dentures ... so where do we start? I drove past the building on Hwy 99 numerous times in Tigard and thought I will check them out. Gita and Darrell were very helpful and accommodating. They do the work in-house so the quality of work is great. I am a long time denture wearer. Over the years, I had previously purchased two different sets of dentures from dentists. A month or so ago my upper denture broke while eating my dinner. I went to Gentle Dental and they made a temporary fix and scheduled me for a return visit to be fitted for new dentures. Thank goodness that dentist quietly told me to seek out a denturist. Since then I have had several appointments for fittings etc and today I got my teeth. I couldn't be more pleased. Gita and Darrell are true artists in what they do. It is really nice in this day and age to deal with folks who care about their patients, are proud of their craft and what they produce. I must share the experience I had at Denture Design. They are a wonderful and professional team. You will be totally thrilled with their service, pricing and products. Before I elected to go to Denture Design, I made several phone calls. The quotes given were all over the board. Being on a budget, Denture Design seemed the most fair, not to mention the most competitive. As I spoke with Denture Design on the phone, I was given quotes surpassing any others. Timing was also an issue, the owners of Denture Design EVEN offered to open early or stay later to accommodate my schedule. What more could anyone ask for??? Once at Denture Design in Tigard, I was treated with the utmost respect. They knew I was on a very limited budget. They took the time to explain all my options and did not once try to up-sell me. I never felt rushed. They were willing to take the time to answer all my questions (and I can ask allot). I felt as my business was important to them and they RESPECTED my budget. My end product was as wonderful as the service I received. The quote on the phone was honored. No up-selling occurred. I walked away with exactly what I needed, at the price I could afford, with knowledge of what to expect in the future.
